Congratulations to Lily Hughes for being the Sonoma County's transportation services classified employee of the year and representing the County as the finalist at the California Department of Education.

Back in September 2022 I submitted Justin for this award for his leadership. At the annual CASTO conference this weekend he was honored and I accepted the Fred Sowash Leadership Award on his behalf. I am proud to have accepted it for him. Congratulations Justin!
