Sidewalk Upgrade in Progress 🔥

We’re installing a new concrete sidewalk off the driveway with an exposed aggregate finish to improve access and add a clean, finished look to the side yard.

Like any concrete project, the work below the surface matters just as much as the finished product. This installation includes proper excavation, compacted base rock, and reinforcement to help provide long-term durability and performance.

Next up is the concrete pour, followed by exposing the aggregate to reveal the finished texture and appearance.

Stay tuned for the completed transformation!

Project Update – Almost There! 🔥

This front yard transformation is in the final stages, and it’s exciting to see everything come together.

The new paver walkway is complete, landscape lighting has been installed, the Noiyo rock is in place, and the new lawn and plantings are establishing nicely. The winding walkway creates a welcoming entrance while the updated landscape adds year-round color, texture, and curb appeal.

We’re down to a few finishing touches before this project is officially complete, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s turning out.

Retaining Wall Installation Progress! 🔥

We’re getting close on this front-yard transformation.

The segmental retaining wall is complete, and we’ve just installed the natural stone landing steps that will provide access through the landscape while adding a beautiful focal point to the project.

The final phase includes wall caps, planting, and finishing details to bring everything together. It’s exciting to see the vision come to life as each piece falls into place.

Stay tuned for the finished photos—this one is going to look great when it’s complete.

Front yard transformation in progress 🔥

This project started with a full demo and is now moving into the infrastructure phase with new irrigation, grading, and pathway prep underway. We are currently installing the pavers and the project is really starting to come together 👌

A lot of work goes into building the foundation before the plants and finished landscape ever go in — but doing the prep work right is what makes the final project last.

Update: The paver walkway is now installed and the planting layout is taking shape. Trees, shrubs, and perennials are being placed throughout the landscape, and you can finally start to see the vision come together. Next up is finishing the planting, lawn, lighting, gravel, and final details that will bring this front yard to life. 🌿✨

Looking forward to sharing the finished transformation.

Retaining Wall Installation Progress! Stay Tuned!

This front-yard transformation is taking shape with the installation of a new segmental retaining wall. The wall creates a clean architectural edge, improves grade transitions, and establishes defined planting areas while maximizing usable landscape space.

The next phase includes installation of natural stone landing steps integrated into the wall, followed by the wall cap to complete the finished look. These elements will add both functionality and visual appeal while creating a seamless transition through the landscape.

Stay tuned!

From an old failing staircase to a brand-new staircase upgrade 🔥

We removed the original block stair system and rebuilt this staircase from the ground up. The finished project includes new timber-framed stairs with a compacted base and gravel surface, creating a durable, functional, and great-looking access point for the property.

Projects like this require careful planning and precise grading. The work below the surface is what helps ensure long-term stability and performance.

We’re proud of how this one turned out and the improvement it made to both the function and appearance of the property.

From an old ranch-style gate to a custom-built entrance with a view. 👌

This project included removing the existing gate, installing new posts, building a custom redwood hog wire double gate, and finishing the area with a clean, durable surface.

The new gate provides better access, improved appearance, and preserves the incredible view without sacrificing security.

Sometimes it’s the smaller details that make a huge difference in how a property looks and functions.

Swipe to see the transformation from start to finish.

Installing the paver edge today. This step helps lock everything in place and keeps the pavers from shifting or spreading over time.

A lot goes into a long-lasting paver installation beyond just laying the stones—proper base prep, compaction, grading, and edge restraint all matter. Taking the time to do these steps right makes a big difference in how the project holds up years from now.

Starting to really see this project come together 👌

Fence project complete 👌

Installed a brand new redwood privacy fence to give this backyard a clean, updated look while adding durability and privacy for the homeowner.

The combination of tight board spacing, clean lines, and rich redwood tones really helped transform the side yard and tie the space together 🔥

Simple projects like this can make a huge difference in both appearance and function.
