Installing the paver edge today. This step helps lock everything in place and keeps the pavers from shifting or spreading over time.
A lot goes into a long-lasting paver installation beyond just laying the stonesโproper base prep, compaction, grading, and edge restraint all matter. Taking the time to do these steps right makes a big difference in how the project holds up years from now.
Starting to really see this project come together ๐

Major drainage upgrade in progress ๐ง
Weโre installing channel drains across the front of this home to capture and redirect a massive amount of surface water runoff.
This phase includes setting channel drains, fine tuning grades for proper flow, installing plumbing and rebar, and getting everything prepped for new concrete with an asphalt topping.
A lot of planning and prep goes into drainage work like this โ but getting the water under control is what protects the property long term ๐
