Installing the paver edge today. This step helps lock everything in place and keeps the pavers from shifting or spreading over time.

A lot goes into a long-lasting paver installation beyond just laying the stonesโ€”proper base prep, compaction, grading, and edge restraint all matter. Taking the time to do these steps right makes a big difference in how the project holds up years from now.

Starting to really see this project come together ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Fence project complete ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Installed a brand new redwood privacy fence to give this backyard a clean, updated look while adding durability and privacy for the homeowner.

The combination of tight board spacing, clean lines, and rich redwood tones really helped transform the side yard and tie the space together ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Simple projects like this can make a huge difference in both appearance and function.

Small project complete ๐Ÿ‘Œ

This one was all about cleaning up and refreshing the front entry landscape while working around the existing oak trees and natural setting.

We reshaped the planter areas for a more natural look, installed new plants, irrigation, w**d fabric and fresh mulch!

Sometimes itโ€™s the smaller projects that make a huge difference in the overall feel of a property ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Driveway upgrade complete ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This project included installing new asphalt to clean up the entrance and create a smoother, more finished look coming onto the property. The fresh paving completely changed the feel of the entry while tying in nicely with the existing stone columns, fencing, and landscape work.

Simple improvements like new asphalt can make a huge difference in both appearance and functionality โ€” especially on larger rural properties like this one ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Stay Tuned! In Progress- From an old failing staircase to a brand new staircase upgrade ๐Ÿ”ฅ

We removed the original block stair system and rebuilt this staircase from the ground up. The framing is now complete and ready for the next phase โ€” fabric, base rock, and gravel installation.

Projects like this take a lot of prep and precision, especially on steep grades. Building a solid foundation is what keeps everything stable, functional, and looking clean long-term ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Looking forward to showing the finished result on this one.

Front yard transformation in progress ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This project started with a full demo and is now moving into the infrastructure phase with new irrigation, grading, and pathway prep underway. We are currently installing the pavers and the project is really starting to come together ๐Ÿ‘Œ

A lot of work goes into building the foundation before the plants and finished landscape ever go in โ€” but doing the prep work right is what makes the final project last. Looking forward to bringing this one to life.

Pour day. Fresh concrete is down and beginning the curing process. You may notice some color variation right nowโ€”thatโ€™s normal as the concrete continues drying and curing evenly over time.

This project included demo, proper base preparation, rebar reinforcement, and drainage improvements to make sure the finished product not only looks good, but holds up long-term.

Major drainage upgrade in progress ๐Ÿ’ง

Weโ€™re installing channel drains across the front of this home to capture and redirect a massive amount of surface water runoff.

This phase includes setting channel drains, fine tuning grades for proper flow, installing plumbing and rebar, and getting everything prepped for new concrete with an asphalt topping.

A lot of planning and prep goes into drainage work like this โ€” but getting the water under control is what protects the property long term ๐Ÿ‘Œ
