Another great day with .freeman
We had a blast. @ Sierra-at-Tahoe
Not much to see in this video. However, there is lots to hear.
1) regaining control of my breath.
2) the song says, “self awareness” and that was precisely what was going on in this video. I have not done bar muscle ups in a long time. I’m 14 lbs heavier than my competitive weight.
3) I realize I’m still competitive but far more for my athletes I coach now than for myself. I’m not hanging it up but realizing the shift.

Are you really not hungry or does the food you have chosen to eat to be healthy just not sound appealing?
This is a question I challenge people to think about.
Person A: hey do you want some tilapia and rice?
Person B: no thank you I’m not hungry.
4 minutes later
Person A: hey do you want to go grab pizza and a beer?
Person B: yeah let’s do it I that sounds like a good time.
We are conditioned to not want to do what does not appeal to us. If we put ourselves on a restricted diet of foods that are unappealing we will likely eat less often by default.
When is the last time you agreed to try that thing that your friend said, “ahh that’s terrible try this?”
