Wolff Contracting seeking Commercial Journeyman Plumbers!
The Journeyman Commercial/Construction Plumber position is responsible for installing all types plumbing/fixtures in new construction, rebuilds and remodel projects. Individuals in this position are expected to have a broad working skill set that includes the ability to estimate time and materials, lay out new projects, exhibit the ability to utilize tools and techniques commonly used in construction plumbing, deal with varied situations and structures encountered in new construction and retrofits, work cooperatively with other trades and read/follow construction plan sets and drawings. This position must be able to work independently, as a team member and train/direct the work of apprentice plumbers. General direction is provided by project Construction Managers and Wolff Contracting CEO. This position may involve occasional travel out of the general Sonoma County area and can include being temporarily housed in the project area.
