A time-worn to timeless bathroom renovation. A down-to-the-studs renovation resulted in a fab glow-up for this dated space. Upgrades included the addition of a second sink, natural light via a sun tunnel and freshening up the floor and shower with beautifully classic dolomite tile from and zellige tile from sourced through . Very early stages of a new coastal project. Just snooping through some previous install pics for some initial inspo... Looking forward to kicking off this project!

The original bathroom in this mid-century modern home was kinda cool and retro. We considered trying to keep some of the wallpaper but, it was all just in horrible shape. Plus, the layout of the space could use a change-up.

Considering this bathroom serves as the bathroom for a pre-teen boy as well as a guest bathroom, it was worth taking it in a more vibrant and fun direction.

When your kitchen has good bones and your cabinets are in good shape, no need for a gut renovation. New flooring, painted cabinets, new countertops, backsplash, cabinet hardware, add some recessed lighting and Ta Da! Fresh as a daisy!

Client request: modernize the curb appeal, unify facade, highlight architectural features, fun and funky door color.

What was done: high contrast color scheme, no more upstairs/downstairs facade--no more yellow brick, use dark gray trim (looks black in pics but is dark gray) to highlight brick eyebrows over garage and front door entries, painted trim on windows to highlight beautiful window muntin designs, removed terracotta roofing over bay windows to match home roof, let the homeowner pick the fun door color!

Guests have reported that they love this new, perkier guest bedroom.

Part of a much bigger home refresh, this new front entry created a much more welcoming first impression and is a more modern take for this mid-century home.

Loving this wall color with the custom art! This space really came together well! Little bit traditional, little bit modern. A whole lot of Deeelicious Dining Room!

Had a fun time with the client on Saturday doing a site walk-through and making final exterior color palette selections. Making great progress!
