Will be focusing on quality of movement today. Have a few runner who just ran lake Sonoma and some about to race Mendo, so we will do some work but nothing too strenuous. Hope to see you out there tonight!

Want to learn the fundamentals of the kettlebell swing. The kettlebell swing is a great exercise to train the glutes, hamstrings and good for your back. A few quick training sessions a week can make a big impact on your running and other activities.

Most running injuries are related to overuse. Strength training can improve your ability to tolerate the stresses of running. Kettlebell training is one form of strength training that I find efficient and useful for hitting some key groups for runners and many other athletes. Come join our beginner kettlebell training class at HRC. DM me if you want more info or have questions.
