Payne Orthodontics

One of my favorite before and afters!

More noticeable than a huge change in this patient’s smile was a transformation in their confidence. I’d say it was due in part to their braces 🙂

We were able to avoid permanent teeth extraction through our use of an expander, night time headgear wear, and excellent compliance from the patient. The result was a beautiful, more functional smile for our patient.

A beautiful smile transformation for this fine Tuesday 😁

This patient came in with an open bite and uneven front teeth. Complicating the case is that the upper left incisor is an implant—it doesn’t move 🙅🏻‍♀️ so all the other teeth had to be moved to match it. Using Invisalign only and A+ compliance I’d say we achieved a beautiful result.

The biggest smiles always come out 😀 when the braces come off! Congrats to our patients on getting their braces off 🎉
