A little movement, a little closet cleanout, and a way to give back this October 🍂
Sock-tober at Studio MOVE: If you’re new to MOVE, bring in a new pair of socks and your class is on us. 🙌🏼We’ll donate the socks to The Living Room, a women’s shelter here in Sonoma County.
Then join us Wednesday, October 14 for a fall clothing swap!
Yoga Sculpt is at 6:30 PM if you’d like to move with us first. The swap starts at 7:30 PM, and everyone is welcome to drop in for it.
Bring women’s clothes you’re ready to pass along, plus any children’s costumes your family has outgrown, just in time for Halloween.
We’ll donate the remaining clothes to The Living Room, too.

The Shift is a cozy, zero pressure evening created for women who are carrying a lot - the schedules, the mental tabs, the work, the family, the everything in between.
✨ We’ll move, breathe, meditate, and have relaxed conversations around stress, rest and balance. (Mats and props provided)
✨Enjoy refreshing, healthy mocktails and nourishing protein snacks provided on us.
✨You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with one simple shift you can take back into real life.
