I did not expect to find myself on the leaderboard this month. January brought more refinance opportunities to both new and past clients. What a December. What a YEAR! Honestly, I am savoring being in the Top 3 while I can. Glenn is back from taking some time off origination to focus on GTG behind-the-scenes, and between his come back, my other amazing colleagues, and the addition of our newest loan officer, Claire… I don’t think I’ll be on the board much in 2026 😅 But truthfully, the positivity and support that GTG Financial offers everyone no matter where they finish in production is incredible. I know that this is really impressive, and I am genuinely proud of myself… but HOLY MOLY am I even more disappointed than ever that my (sole) February closing rolled to March due to a misfiled permit at the county. If it wasn’t for February, I would have been on a 14 month streak. Nonetheless, I am beyond grateful for every single client I’ve gotten to work with this year.
