I wanted to share Scott and I did a cleanse & we had such a great result and positive experience.

We discovered we developed some poor eating habits overtime.

A lot of people are waiting to buy a home until rates come down hoping that that will help them. Here’s what I say to them.

My prediction is that the second rates come down even back to 6% there will be a surge of demand like no other. There has been a ton of money on the sidelines waiting. The problem with waiting with that crowd is that the institutional buyers, the cash buyers, the big money folks, etc will create bidding wars again. Rushing to buy in case rates go back to where they are now. FOMO.

I also firmly believe home prices will go back up the second this happens. So the house you didn’t buy now could be unavailable or out of your price range the longer you wait. That’s why I always say to buy the property and remember that you can refinance once rates are lower. But you’ll never get that deal back. Date the rate, marry the house. Other investors I’m close with and even myself…we aren’t waiting. We are continuing to buy.

The best time to buy is always yesterday.
