WELCOME!
Community Law Clinic (CLC) was founded in 2022 after we recognized a need for low cost Elder Law services.
We handle most Elder Law issues. This includes Estate Planning, Powers of Attorneys, and Advanced Health Care Directives. Our trust bundles make estate planning simple. We offer Conservatorship, Elder Abuse Prevention, Public Benefits, and Tenant Protect services.
We also create Pet Trusts. Pet Trusts allow you to create a plan for your animal and ensure they will be protected when you are gone.
Lastly, we offer Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (ADR). Our ADR services include both mediation and arbitration.
CLC is always affordable. Our low rates allow us to serve more clients. We welcome all clients. Call for a free consultation.
