A quick band burn for your Wednesday workout...

Grab your mini bands (and hip bands if you got them) and letโ€™s get to work! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

15 Seated Band Row
15 each side Lateral Band Walk
15 Band Pull Apart
15 each side Front Back Band Walk
And repeat! Try 3-5 sets! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Swinging into hump day like...

Trying to perfect your hinge in a kettlebell swing? Try this out!

โ€” 10 banded kettlebell swings (with lighter weight)
โ€” 10 kettlebell swings (with 15-20 # heavier bell)

With the band around your feet and attached to the bell, you are putting more emphasis into hinging at the bottom and hip extension at the top, which doesnโ€™t allow you to just muscle the weight up.

Doing an immediate set after with no band allows the hinge and power to really sink it, plus great cardio and b***y pump! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Donโ€™t have room for a full gym at home?

Get yourself a partition! Itโ€™s not just decorative but functional. For me it separates out a space for me to focus on my workout!

A couple of weights, a set of bands, a foam roller, a mat and a motivational quote to round off the space. AND THE BEST PART, set up is quick and easy and you can put it all away when you are done or use an empty corner and leave it up! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜˜

Try out these posture correction exercises with your mini bands:

What habits do you have that you want to change?

For me itโ€™s my sugar intake... ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
Mindlessly working on my computer with chocolate chips in front of me, next thing I know Iโ€™m half way through the bag and have a gnarly headache! ๐Ÿค• And somewhere along the line I developed this mindset of โ€œif I eat it all right now there wonโ€™t be the opportunity to over indulge later.โ€ ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ So now, I have to swap this โ€œbadโ€ habit with a new healthier one! Not buying chocolate chips, keeping my water bottle full and healthier snacks to curb the craving for sugar. ONE STEP AT A TIME! ๐Ÿ˜…
