Post class thoughts, featuring sweaty curls 💭😄
Reflecting on the wild ride of owning a business and trusting God and that if He brought me to it, He will carry me through it. And He hasn’t failed me yet! Grateful for those in my community, perspective is everything. 🤍🙏🏼

We are so excited to welcome Rebekah Green to our teaching staff! We are so lucky to have this incredible talent teaching our Explorative Contemporary class this year!
Check out this note from Ms. Rebekah!
“After decades of teaching, choreographing, directing award-winning performance companies, and dancing internationally in Europe and beyond, I’m so excited to return to the studio at Breakthrough Dance Studio. 🤍
My Exploratory Contemporary class is for dancers, movers, and anyone who simply wants to move—whether you danced for years, are finding your way back, or just want a welcoming space to explore.
We’ll use movement, music, improvisation, and sometimes reflection or journaling to explore how emotion can move through the body.
No pressure. No judgment. Just a space to reconnect with yourself, your body, and the joy of moving.
Come exactly as you are. ✨”
Registration is open! 📣
Our season begins Monday September 7th! Take a look at which class you’ll be in next!👀
