Tour de Fuzz

Five years ago, on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, the Press Democrat captured riders honoring the first responders who gave their lives that day. Last Saturday, as we marked the 25th anniversary approaching, we rode in their honor again. Thank you for helping remember those who ran toward danger, and for recognizing the first responders who continue “Being There” for our communities every day. 🇺🇸

Participants of annual Tour de Fuzz honor first responders who died on 9/11 The annual Tour de Fuzz bike ride on Saturday helped raise almost $100,000 for Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Service in Sonoma County at Roseland Collegiate Prep, but the first responders who died on 9/11 were on everyone’s…

As we ride this Saturday, we remember September 11, 2001, and honor those chaplains and first responders who answered the call when our nation needed them most; their example reminds us why our mission remains so simple and so important, "𝗕𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘" www.tourdefuzz.org/theme

You may have noticed a few changes around here.

New name. New look. Same mission.

Say hello to Sonoma County Chaplains.

Since 1999, our volunteer chaplains have been offering 24/7 compassionate support and accompaniment to first responders and community members facing crisis and unexpected loss.

Our new name reflects who we have always been: a chaplaincy rooted in Sonoma County, serving our community with presence, compassion, and care.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing more about our work, introducing the people behind this mission, and giving you a closer look at the people, partnerships, and programs that make this work possible.

Thank you for being here. We hope you'll follow along.⭐️❤️✨
