New name. New look. Same mission.

Say hello to Sonoma County Chaplains.

Since 1999, our volunteer chaplains have been offering 24/7 compassionate support and accompaniment to first responders and community members facing crisis and unexpected loss.

Our new name reflects who we have always been: a chaplaincy rooted in Sonoma County, serving our community with presence, compassion, and care.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing more about our work, introducing the people behind this mission, and giving you a closer look at the people, partnerships, and programs that make this work possible.
