I am so proud of this guy! . Our flights were cancelled last minute so we re-routed and he drove us all the way to Anaheim (8+ hours in the car) and competed the next morning. I could watch him compete all day long 🥹🥰

The time has come!! I’ve done many yoga classes in my day, and Kelliann is by far the best teacher I have ever had. I’m so excited to have her teaching here! This class will be perfect for yogis and beginners alike, basically all of my clients can benefit from a yoga flow like this. ❤️

OVERHEADS & FRONT LOADS.
Much to my dismay, all of the added overheads and front load exercises that has incorporated in my online programming have in fact increased my strength exponentially. I feel stronger in every lift, more endurance in all of my conditioning, and my midline and core have never been stronger. I guess I should learn to like them because I have a feeling they are not going anywhere in my programming, and certainly not in my clients programming ;)
So proud of this girl and her flawlessly PR’d squats, at 155lb for 4. 💪🏻
