Designed by architect Miguel Ángel Aragonés, the resort blurs the line between architecture and nature, where reflective pools, dramatic walkways, and the Sea of Cortez flow together in perfect harmony. There’s a reason people call Carneros the quiet side of Napa. Bouchaine sits right in the middle of it, on land that’s been growing vines since the 1880s, and the second you’re on the terrace, you feel the difference. No crowds, no rush, just rows of vines rolling out toward the hills and a kind of stillness that’s hard to find anywhere else in wine country.

We love bringing celebrations here for exactly that reason. The setting doesn’t need to be dressed up or dramatized, it already has decades of history built into it, and all we have to do is let that lead.

There’s a certain kind of quiet that hits you the moment you step onto this hillside. Terracotta rooftops below, the Pacific stretching out past the gardens, and a stillness that makes you forget you’re anywhere near a city at all.

El Encanto doesn’t need much added to it. It’s already telling its own story, decades of history built into every archway and courtyard. Our job is simply to listen to that, and let it lead the way we design around it.
