After everything is done…

the house is quiet…

and I just sit there like
“okay… we made it” 😅

Some days feel overwhelming.

But then I look at my kid…

and remember why I keep going.

I finally sat down tonight…

and just enjoyed the quiet for a minute.

I needed that.

By the end of the day…

I’m exhausted.

But I still have to keep going.

Dinner wasn’t perfect.

But we all ate.

And honestly… that’s enough some days 😂

I lost count of how many times I said
“stop”
“no”
“slow down”

today 😅

There’s always something to do.

Laundry, cleaning, work…

but my kid just wants me.

That part sticks with me.

I used to think I’d be a “perfect mom”

Now I’m just trying to be a real one.
