Congratulations to Gracie Barra Santa Rosa’s newest blue belt Marc Lagourgue ! For nearly three year Marc has been a dedicated practitioner of the sport with constant training, exponential skill growth l, and a positive attitude! An amazing role model on and off the mat, Marc leads by example and is always helping out others! Never giving an easy round to anyone, we are proud and to be able to bring him to the rank more reflective of his skills!

Congratulations to all the hard working students, members, and teammates who earned their promotions in the month of July! 👏💪

🔺slight change in schedule! Friday 1-2pm training changed from No Gi training to Live Training! Keep in mind Live Training can be done in gi or no gi so you still have 4 days of no gi training available! 🙌 🔺

Help us congratulate Carlos Nunez for achieving his blue belt! Carlos as trained with us for a long time and is a dedicated practitioner not only for the craft, but also for work! As a law enforcement officer he take his training seriously as it has come in handy during high risk times when he’s on the job. Carlos is the real deal because there is no faking your way through Jiu Jitsu when you have to perform the techniques in the real world. Congratulations and we look forward to your continued BJJ journey!

Because of all the events and celebrations happening in Sonoma County during and around the 4th of July, we’ll be having a modified training schedule!

🔺We are beyond excited to let y’all know that for the first time ever, GB CompNet will be coming to Northern California!🔺

For those of you who don’t know GB CompNet is a competition exclusive to Gracie Barra school members.

This will be a great tournament for practitioners of all competition experiences! From your first competition to those who have competed dozens of times!

This competition will be for both adults and kids in both gi and no gi and for all belt ranks!
