September is Hunger Action Month, and we’re excited to partner with the Redwood Empire Food Bank this year to take action in our community!🫶🏼
From Monday, September 14 – Wednesday, September 30, drop off non-perishable, unexpired food items to help provide food assistance to those in need.

Originally from Michigan, Sean grew up playing sports and staying active. After moving to San Francisco in 2016, he found his community at SoulCycle — and fun fact, that’s where he met his wife!☺️
Now living in Sonoma and raising their 2-year-old daughter, Sean found himself missing that same sense of community and the energy that comes from being surrounded by people who push you to be your best. That search ultimately led him to Rise!🧡
Now he’s ready to grab the mic and bring the heat! Help us welcome Sean by joining him on Monday, 9/14 at 6:00 AM for his FREE community class!🔥
