🚩New Law affecting Water heaters in the Bay Area. 🚩

As a plumbing company we do not agree with this but we want to warn others that its happening.
Beginning 2027 you will not be able to purchase or replace Gas water heaters 7500 btu's or smaller.
You will have to switch to tankless or electric,
with older homes the switch to electric will also require a new electrical panel if the panel can not support the electric heat pump water heater.

Yep that leak was leaking.
