Our own emotional well-being is essential. Nurturing our own resilience and honoring our shared humanity helps root us in deeper presence.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore how to recognize and respond to stress and burnout using practical Resilience Skills that strengthen connection and effectiveness. Just like yoga, resilience is a practice.

You will learn to:
•Recognize Protective Patterns that pull us off balance, and understand how stress impacts well-being.
•Apply in-the-moment strategies to Center, Connect, and Collaborate.
•View intergenerational Cultural Patterns as essential to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Join this participatory experience in social emotional learning to cultivate resilience, empower growth, and foster connectedness. The workshop will include small group conversation, large group learning, and reflective journaling.

We’ll have tea and water available and some gentle somatic practices to feel resilience in our bodies. Bring your favorite teacup and your favorite pen.
