We are always here to help you! We are going to be closed on Monday, July 4th, but you still have access to our emergency maintenance line. Additionally, you can submit a work order or drop us a note any time, whether we are open or closed, through your RentCafe Resident App or our website.

Barbeques are a Memorial Day Weekend staple and are safe when used properly. However, they can qu**ky become dangerous and easily spark fires if left unattended, used without cleaning or without proper tools, or overloaded.

Looking for peace and quiet? Our completely renovated community is gated, landscaped, and located off of a residential street. You can soak in those morning rays in your new bedroom before heading off to enjoy the nearby wonders of Sonoma County!

Planning on moving into our community soon? When packing up your kitchen, use the space inside of pots & pans to pack up kitchen towels, spices, and food. DJA has subscribed to organic waste collections at all of our communities in California, including this one! We are excited to offer this service that has the potential to dramatically reduce greenhouse gases produced by organic matter in our waste collection facilities. As a resident, you can expect some information about this coming to you very soon about how to participate in this program.

This service in now available due to the passing of California SB 1383. We have collected some resources for all of our residents about how to use this new waste collection system as well as some information about this legislation on our website, http://ow.ly/Licp50Iutmk.

Happy Pi Day! Today, mathematicians and bakers unite to celebrate the wonder that is the number pi (3.14.......) AND the wonder that is the delicious treat, pie! Pi Day was first celebrated in at the Exploratorium in San Francisco in 1988 and has grown since. Celebrate today by eating circular foods and check out your local bakery.
One of our favorite places to celebrate is the Noble Folk Ice Cream and Pie Bar. This charming shop in downtown Santa Rosa features delicious and creative sweets and sell out almost daily. You've got to check out their selection today! Happy !
