If you use Excel with Microsoft 365 Copilot, a March 2026 upgrade may have just rescued a few hours of your week.

It’s called Work IQ, and it means Copilot no longer waits around for you to spoon-feed it spreadsheet context like an exhausted intern. Now it can pull from related emails, Teams chats, meetings, and files in your Microsoft tenant all on its own.

So instead of:
copying data from email, pasting it into Excel, then begging Copilot to make sense of it…

You can do things like:
▶️ Check a vendor invoice against the original quoted price
▶️ Update a forecast using yesterday’s meeting recap
▶️ Clean up the beautiful disaster a client called a spreadsheet

One important catch: Copilot only sees what the user already has access to. So if your SharePoint and OneDrive permissions are a mess, Copilot may become extremely helpful in all the wrong ways.

Great for productivity. Less great for accidental oversharing.

That “urgent” payment request from your CEO might not be your CEO. It might be AI doing its best executive impression and hoping accounting is in a hurry.

Modern BEC scams can sound polished, familiar, and painfully convincing. That is why “it looked legit” is no longer a payment policy.

In this video, we show how out-of-band verification helps stop fraud before money goes on an unscheduled vacation.

Because the best defense against AI trickery is a process that says, “Nice try, now prove it.”

When an employee leaves, most businesses remember to collect the laptop and shut off email… then forget the 100 other apps still happily logged in behind the scenes.

That is how Zombie Accounts happen: former employees gone, access not so gone.

In this video, we explain how SaaS audits uncover those forgotten logins, shadow apps, and shared accounts before they become someone else’s favorite shortcut into your data.

Because offboarding should end with “access removed,” not “surprise, they still had three logins and a shared Dropbox.”

The one Outlook rule that can save you from “per my last regrettable email…”

It’s called delay delivery. Set it once, and every email sits in your Outbox for a couple minutes before sending. Enough time to catch a typo, wrong attachment, or an email written with a little too much enthusiasm.

Unlike Recall, this one actually works.

Passwords are basically the office keys everyone copies, forgets, reuses, and occasionally leaves under the mat. Passkeys replace that mess with faster, phishing-resistant sign-ins. Less password drama, fewer reset tickets, better security.
