Alicia is a movement coach and yoga teacher focusing on strength, mobility, confidence, and a better relationship with movement with 12 years of experience.
Her classes blend yoga, barre, functional strength training, and mobility work to help you move better in everyday life. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, increase stability, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, Alicia creates an open and easy environment where every experience level is challenged just the right amount.
Alicia is a warm and thoughtful trainer. She believes fitness should support your life outside the gym just as much as it supports your goals inside it. If you are looking for more gentle encouragement her classes are a great place to start.
