To further enhance your vacation, this lovely home is perfectly situated right next to the neighborhood’s community amenities, including a seasonally heated pool and gas grills right off of the back deck! You can fire up one of the grills, and enjoy al fresco dining under the covered, outdoor pavilion in the afternoon before heading down to the beach for an evening walk as the sun sets. Situated within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, this home is ideally located so that you may easily access all of Santa Rosa Beach’s finest attractions! Not only is the beach access just 200 meters from the home, but it’s one of the few seasonally lifeguarded sections of the beach. Plus, there are restrooms and picnic pavilions for your convenience. If you forget to pack your lunch, you can always grab a hot dog from Buddy’s or a sandwich from Goatfeathers to take down to the beach. There are several great restaurants down the street too! Some favorites are The Local, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Sunrise Coffee, and the Growler Garage craft beer bar.
