🎓 🩷Senior Sunday 🩷 🎓

Today is Jeremy’s BIG 50th birthday!!! Happy birthday Jeremy, we love you so much!

Today I’m sharing some of my favorites of Molly and Jeremy through the years.

☀️ Great day for a beach walk!

☀️ It felt so good to put my bare feet on the sand again! ☀️

It’s been so cold lately and I’ve been missing the beach so badly! I finally got down there today for some vitamin D and grounding.

A short 5 minute drive, a 2-mile walk, and now I’m whole again! 😜

🎓 🩷Senior Sunday 🩷 🎓

Yesterday was National Send a Card to a Friend Day so today I want to show Molly with some of her friends through the years!

Molly’s first bestie was . She is a year older than Molly and they met when they were babies and quickly became attached since we were close friends with her parents. Family vacations, cookouts, birthday parties, and weekly get togethers!

Once school started, her best bud was . From Pre-K to 8th grade, they were inseparable. Play dates, zoo trips, sleepovers, school parties/dances, and even a short trip to Florida. It was hard for them to say goodbye when we moved to Florida 😢.

She made other friends at ECS, on the volleyball team and in her classes.

Her closest friend these days is . They love going to concerts together, shopping, and lots of beach days!

We are so thankful for the sweet friends in Molly’s life! 💕

Today’s exercise is from a Power Pilates workout and will burn out your quads and shoulders for sure!

Be sure to use light weights or, no weights at all if you are just starting out. Brace your core, go low in your sumo squat, and do this exercise for 4️⃣5️⃣ seconds. Take a break and do it one or two more times.

It’s actually snowing again in Florida! We’ve never been “cold” people so I guess that’s why I could only find ONE picture of Molly in the snow. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Last year it snowed on the beach for the first time since 1993 and we got to be a part of that! It was so pretty! We drove out on the beach while it was snowing and then made snow angels the next day.
