30A Dips

30A Dips can be purchased through Shopify on Facebook. Simply click the "shop" button, then '$5.00", then "Habanero". A list of dips should open up and you will be able to order and pay online.

30A Dips can be ordered over the phone with a credit card (lower postage rates), or by pushing the "shop" button under the main picture, the store can be accessed.

PALEO FRIED EGGPLANT

1/8 cup each: Pecan Flour, Almond Flour, Tapioca Flour, and Cornmeal
1 Tablespoon. 30A Greek Isle Pesto
1/4 teaspoon Chicken Bullion
Salt & Pepper

In 1 dish, mix 1 egg w/1 T water.
In another dish, mix dry ingredients.
Dip sliced eggplant in egg, then dry mix. Shake off excess.
Fry in olive oil until brown.

Martha Stewart suggests putting dips on corn. What a great idea!

Apricot-Jalapeño Cheeseball:
1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese (or 16-ounce for less heat)
1 package Jalapeño 30A Dips
2 tablespoons Apricot Jam

Mix together and serve with crackers, celery, bagels, etc...

I received this email today....
Wanted to let you know that we used nothing but this dip to season our Tilapia lunch today.
Rehydrated the dip with a bit of water then added clarified olive oil and used it on the fish and veggies ... 20mins in a 400° oven ... It was absolutely awesome.
