We’re honored to welcome Yoshiki Usunaga, owner of Usunaga Ranch, who is traveling from Japan to personally share the story behind one of the world’s rarest and most celebrated beef programs. In collaboration with Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning Palm Beach Meats, this one-night-only experience will feature thoughtfully paired sake, wine, and cocktails—and a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of Japan’s premier Kobe beef producers.
