Uncle Lump and her Daddy worked tirelessly while having lots of fun, later in life at Lumpy’s Restaurant at Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas. Uncle Lump was suddenly taken from his family several years ago. In his memory, this adult girl wanted to continue his tradition of family and food through the creation of Lumpy’s Salsa. Inspired by Uncle Lump and Daddy for their love of salsa and fun gatherings, encouraged by family and friends in Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado, Alabama, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Arizona, and others, Lumpy’s Salsa was created in his memory. Enjoy our little taste of Texas, bottled in Lumpy’s favorite getaway state – Florida.
