A beautiful pool gets your attention. The equipment behind it determines how you live with it. 💦
Today, our crew moved two custom pool builds forward with the same upgraded setup on each: a Pentair IntelliFlo3 3 HP variable speed pump, larger sand filter, salt system, upgraded valves, and a Hayward 140,000 BTU heater/chiller.
This is where it all comes together. The 2-inch plumbing, returns, pump, filtration, and sanitation work as one system. How that system is sized and laid out affects water clarity, energy use, and how easy the pool is to operate and service.
The IntelliFlo3 gives homeowners Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth control of the pump through the Pentair app without requiring a full automation system. It also offers flexible speed and flow settings, loss-of-prime detection, and a thermal mode designed to help protect the pump in near-freezing conditions. (pentair.com, pentair.com, pentair.com, pentair.com)
As a dual-certified commercial pool contractor and Pentair Authorized Service Center, we build pools and service the pools we build. That hands-on experience shapes the equipment we choose. We believe the pump, filter, sanitation system, and heater are too important to skimp on.
Two productive installations today. Electrical work is next! 🔧

Plaster day is here, and this backyard dream is coming to life! 💙
Our crew installed Commander Blue Pebble today. Watching the color take shape as the water fills is one of the best parts of building a custom pool.
The homeowners are excited, and we can see why. With sod and palm trees still to come, their backyard oasis is almost ready for memories, family time, and a whole lot of pool days.
We start the pool’s startup process tomorrow. Then it’s time to enjoy that POOL COMMANDER® pool life! 🌴
