The only plans we don’t mind getting buried under 🐶📐

Not every project starts with white walls and a coastal view.
Our newest project in Lexington, Kentucky is taking us in a completely different direction—rich textures, layered materials, dramatic tones, and a mood that’s equal parts modern and luxurious.
This project is especially exciting because we’re finishing the basement of a home that was originally completed six years ago. Our goal is to make this new space feel as though it was always part of the original design—while giving it its own bold personality.
Today we’re sharing a first look at a few of the finishes. Just a glimpse of the materials and details that will bring this space to life.
Every home has a story. We’re excited to help write the next chapter of this one.
Stay tuned... there’s so much more to come.
