So much so that for years it was written on my car license plate - not to mention, that yes - I carried that gratefulness in my heart everywhere I went.

Being grateful is still to this day my most valued emotion.

I'm grateful to be a Believer - I'm grateful to have such a beautiful and wonderful family, and yes - I'm grateful to have all of you who've supported me, prayed with me and loved me in spite of, and no, never because of.

However, I've learned in life, that if we're not careful - the longer we walk with God, and the more familiar we become with Him and His Word, before we know it - we may just find ourselves no longer consciously grateful.

When this happens, and we stop doing the things to help others, and we stop doing all we can to become better each day simply from the overflow of a grateful heart - acting like Christians, and I do mean acting is just around the corner.

We are a blessed community - we live and work and play in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world - look around - we have a multitude of people, places and things that gives us every reason in the world, to yes - BE Grateful and stay Grateful.

Consciously Grateful - it will keep us lifted up, it will teach us to love and respect one another fully, and yes, most importantly of all - it teaches us to keep our hope and faith alive in Jesus, in His promises and in His love.

We can be grateful this morning, simply because - we know that we know that we know, that yes -

We are loved by love Himself. He loves us big and He loves us strong, and yes - love wins period

"Start each day with a grateful heart" Psalm 107:1

Change is a constant in our lives.

The things that we're forced to go through will shape us in more profound ways, than any experience we would ever choose for ourselves.

Being led to face the things we fear the most, can and will, provide far more relief than never having to see those fears become a reality.

So yes - We give it to God. We open our heart. We learn. We grow. We let change happen.

It’s a liberating journey with love at the helm - let's enjoy the ride.

Get enough rest.

Savor what we have in this very moment.

It's when we honor these simple directive suggestions, that we'll find ourselves blessed beyond our imagination.

The good news about “joy” – it’s not dependent on circumstances in any way.

When we face trials, and yes, we all will – those trials can be totally transformed by “joy”.

While some people may be content to endure, not us – we’re thrilled to tell others just how we held on, while yes, rejoicing through each trial and each error that we’ve faced.

No triumph is complete without joy – we’ve been made to rise above the “hum drum” and the feeling low to simply reaching out and and choosing this joy, while yes – constantly praising God for His presence, for His promises, and for His daily work in our lives.

This is a proven fact – ask me, I can tell you all about it.
