After becoming a certified personal trainer and working in that field for over a decade, my wife suggested I try my hand at real estate. At first, I wasn't interested, but I eventually decided to give it a shot, thinking I would prove to her that it wasn't for me. To my surprise, I quickly excelled in the industry. In my first year, I was awarded Rookie of the Year, and in the following year, I was recognized as the Rising Star of real estate by the Board of Realtors.
