Vodka Sauce for the win…. Tomatoes are slow roasted (yep, in the oven) tomato purée, onions, vodka (duh), and herbs before being pureed and adding some cream to continue simmering.
Such a great pairing with herb ravioli!!

This was one of the most fun events I’ve gotten to do in a long time. The theme for this bday party was Taylor Swift Eras themed. Every item was named after a song and I hope I did justice! Her musical span truly is incredible and I had a lot of material to work from.
