And this is coming from someone who once told us, “I’m not a yogi. I don’t even like yoga.” 😂 Six years and 600 classes later… we’d say Sculpt may have changed her mind just a little. 🙂↔️
She walks in with a smile, leaves with a high five, welcomes everyone around her, freaking ROCKS the front row, and works hard every. single. time. Wow.
600 classes is commitment, consistency, and a whole lot of showing up. And Cathy is proof of what happens when you do. 💙
So if you’ve ever thought, “Sculpt probably isn’t for me,” maybe follow Cathy’s lead. 😉

Welcome to the Warrior 2 Club, Stephanie!!! 💙👏 200 CLASSES is no small feat, and we’re so proud to celebrate this milestone with you. 🔥
As a runner, Stephanie knows the value of showing up. She comes to Sculpt for the strength, mobility, mindfulness, and cross-training… and let’s be honest, the playlists don’t hurt either. 😉🪩
One of our favorite parts has been watching her share this journey with her daughters. 👯♀️

The best workout is the one you can’t wait to come back to. 💙Amy & John came back this summer, grabbed our Month Unlimited Pass, and showed up to EVERY SINGLE CLASS we offered. 🤯
