Sam and Raul had been renting for close to 5 years, unable to find anything they like and getting beat out during the heat of the market. Back in January, I had the pleasure of connecting with them. As we delved deeper into their needs and wants, I grew more enthusiastic about finding their dream home. After showing them a few potential properties, we finally came across the perfect fit for them and were able to beat out half a dozen other offers.

However, this deal wasn't without its challenges, we faced multiple hurdles after going under contract. Despite a few delays in closing, we persevered and kept pushing forward until we finally reached the finish line.
It was truly an honor to work with them, and I am delighted to have earned their trust in making one of the most significant purchases of their lives. Finally, I'm thrilled to announce that we successfully closed on their new home last week.
