I’m so excited to be attending PEARL MOVEMENT | Louisville Yoga + Fitness & Alex in Seagrove Beach for an intimate evening where wellness + indulgence coexist.

We’ll move our bodies with a Sculpt & Flow class, sip cocktails/mocktails, meet new people, and sit down to an incredible four-course plant-based dinner prepared by a private chef & wellness coach.

This is exactly the kind of wellness experience I love — because living healthy doesn’t mean missing out on the fun. You can move, eat amazing food, enjoy a cocktail or mocktail, connect with your community, and leave feeling even better than when you arrived🤍
