At our Tresca Lakes Project. Footers are dug and rebar is laid. Inspection on Monday morning and concrete at 2.

Big thanks to for clearing our lot over at Tresca Lake Court. They got it knocked out super fast and perfect. Now it’s time to dig our footers.

At one of our projects near gulf place we had had to redo the retaining wall between our house and the neighbors house. We had one month of advance notice that coming up there was a one week gap in the neighbors rental. We had five days to tear out and replaced this retaining wall and we got it done in four

Closing in on the finish line over at our Pelican Glide Lane Project. All we have left for our CO requirements is our exterior railing to be installed.

5 cm countertops in production for our Deer Lake Beach Drive project. We would highly recommend reaching out to Denise at Universal Countertop. They have done an absolutely wonderful job incorporating many different types of material into our project. This stone is our main kitchen island. more pictures to come post installation

Interior beams have arrived for our Deer Lake Beach Drive Project. The long beams are 26 feet in length for the 2nd floor main living area and the short beams are for niches on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Install to come shortly. We just have to get them up first 😬.

Flooring is going down over at our pelican glide Lane project. They are going to do about a quarter of the living room and kitchen area and then we are going to base and case the entire second floor and what we can on the first floor before we let them finish so we can pull out a lot of our equipment.
