Hello estate-salers! Please READ all before you ask questions.

Reminder: The “RSVP Estate Sale” at “the Disney house” is
THIS Saturday, June 20th,
from 10 am to 2 pm.

😄You can come ANYTIME between 10 am and 2 pm
BUT
you will be admitted in the order that you RSVPed. So you may have a short wait.

😄You can come without a reservation
BUT
folks who RSVPed will go in first in the order that they responded. So you may have a short wait. Please line up.

😄For the FIRST time, we will be selling anything in the garage or house. Nothing outside.

😄A lot of things are unpriced. So please be patient until we give you a price. In order to keep prices low, we will not be heavily staffed. Be prepared to move and pack your own items.

😄Please bring your own BAGS and boxes.

😄Payment is cash or electronic payments. No Venmo or Zelle.

😄No large boxes in house please. We have a “hold” area outside.

😄 I am reducing all Disney sericels to $150 each. We will entertain offers on other things.

😄We will also be selling more items including Vera Bradley purses, listed artist Dorothy Spangler oil paintings, listed artist Bev Doolittle works as well as sewing items and machines, Brighton purses, furniture, kitchen items, washer/gas dryer, (Steinway baby grand sold), refrigerator, bedroom set, murphy bed, limited edition boujee collectible bicycle, boxed retired Barbie dolls, Disney Christmas, wine fridge, antique furniture, clothes, jewelry, etc etc.

😄If you show up without a reservation, you will be admitted after the people who have reservations are admitted. Form a line to enter.

😄You can make offers for consideration.

😄Yes, your spouse and adult children and best friend can “hitch hike” onto your reservation. When your name is called, just let the staff member know.

Why Thursday NIGHT? Because working folk (like us) tell us that they appreciate an opportunity to get into the estate sale for “first dibs”. We call it “Date Night” because a lot of couples go to the sale and then out to dinner or a movie! What a great way to spend time together—shopping AND saving!!
