Some Bbqs are for joyous occasions and unfortunately some are not. Today is for a more somber occasion, a memorial for someone near and dear to us... Mrs. Pat Nix. She was a 2nd mom to our very own Joe of Men Meat Fire. She will be greatly missed.

Happy 4th of July!!!

Men Meat Fire had a successful day at the St. Mary's 1st Annual Taco and Beer Festival. We served Tri Tip and Chicken tacos and quesadillas. The quesadillas were a hit!!! We sold out of Tri Tip and out of cheese for the quesadillas. Had a lot of great reviews and though we were crazy busy, it was fun and a great experience. Can't wait for next year!!!

Yesterday we catered for the American Brittany Rescue Group. Chicken and Tri-tip, Bread, Beans and Salad.

Ribs have joined the party...
