Dimitrov Design Studio

This project was completed in three phases with its final completion in 2021. This remodel and addition of an outdated house with a very dysfunctional layout turned out to be an impressive transformation. The owners, Susan and George Davis, made this project a success with their dedication and attention to detail and their vision.

Current projects - this photo is of the "before" the remodel of this large hacienda style house, which is currently undergoing quite a transformation.

Excited to be working with the Drury design team on this project again. This Rapp & Rapp-designed building was built in 1908 and was the Sanatorium/hospital in Santa Fe at the time.

Is now a licensed architect in Colorado and Arizona

Beginning design of remodel and repairs to this charming place in Northern New Mexico!

Before establishing Dimitrov Design Studio, I spent seven years working on the Drury Plaza Hotel project, with architect Mark Hogan, and the Drury in-house design team.

When we first started working on it, the building still had eerie remnants of the abandoned hospital - gurneys, scrubs, random clinical furnishings.
Also part of this project was the design of Bar Alto and the Eloisa Restaurant, with the interior design eye of Laura Carpenter.
