Shoutout to Boxcar (.santafe) for their outstanding dedication to Reunity’s BioFuel Collective Initiative! When you visit this Santa Fe spot, you’re supporting a business that actively works to reduce our regional carbon footprint. Boxcar is one of over 110+ local establishments partnering with us to repurpose used cooking oil into sustainable BioDiesel. Together, our joint efforts resulted in the collection of more than 41,000 gallons of oil in 2025 alone. Thank you, Boxcar, for doing your part to keep New Mexico sustainable!

Not sure what to compost at Reunity? Think fruit and veggie scraps, coffee grounds, eggshells, and plant trimmings. These are all natural materials that break down into nutrient-rich soil. You can also compost food-soiled paper & BPI certified compostable products (note: biodegradable is NOT the same 100% compostable), and yard trimmings like grass clippings, flowers, leaves, straw, wood chips and natural fibers too. Every small effort adds up to a big impact. Let’s keep waste out of landfills and turn food scraps into healthy soil that’s good for the earth and our local community too!

A huge shoutout to our partner, Joe’s Dining and Pizza (), for being a vital part of Santa Fe’s circular economy via Reunity’s Commercial Food Scraps Collection program! Thanks to your support, along with 41 other partners, not only did you help us keep food scraps out of the local landfill, but you also contributed to the 1.6 million pounds of food scraps diverted community-wide in 2025. Instead of producing methane gas, your kitchen scraps become nutrient-rich compost at our Soil Yard to nourish local gardens across Santa Fe and beyond. Thank you, Joe’s!
