Via Sagrada Curación will be providing the Santa Fe community with Limpias at The Kitchen Table on June 20th.

A traditional Limpia is clearing of the mind, body, and spirit. It is a chance to set yourself free and move forward towards a beautiful life. The Curanderas that will be available are Deanna Anaya and Andrea Chavez both are Santa Fe locals and Practitioners of Curanderismo and they care deeply about their community.

This hands-on cooking course will teach the fundamentals of knife skills, including classic French cutting techniques and how to break down an entire chicken.

You’ll blanch and braise a beautiful meal to enjoy with the class, then simmer your own rich, flavorful stock to take home.

Chef Rocky Packard is a seasoned chef & attended the California Culinary Academy. Chef Rocky was instrumental in opening Santacafe as well as Coyote Cafe. He has since had many ventures and is currently a chef instructor for local cooking classes.
