This two-story ADU in Santa Cruz, CA for very special clients came together in a flash. Click through to see how. The Assembly Model comes first, allowing early coordination between the Architect & CPHD, Sienna Shaw from Dimension Style [ https://zurl.co/P4Ynh ], and the builder, Trent Laughton from Not Not [https://zurl.co/iBaQv], before shop drawings are produced. Then the panels go up, which in this case took only four days to go from slab foundation to fully assembled. Happy clients, stunned neighbors, and a forever sustainable guest house. Win Win Win!

Our wall, roof, and floor panels provide the high R-Value for the thermal envelope in the Santa Fe Institute Gurley Forum, while the feature LAMILUX skylight from our partners at 475 High-Performance Building Supply floods the main hall with daylight, making the whole space come alive. Daylighting was central to the design intent here, and it delivers without sacrificing performance. 475 will be joining us as guests at our next Installer Training, June 26β27 in Las Vegas, NM.
