Today marks the longest day of the year—a reminder that growth, light, and transformation often happen gradually, long before we can see the results.
On a recent evening walk through the New Mexico desert, I stopped beside a towering yucca in bloom. For months, it quietly gathered resources beneath the surface. Then, when the time was right, it reached toward the sky and created something beautiful.
Healing often works the same way.
Whether you’re working on your health, your relationships, your mindset, or your goals, remember that not all growth is visible. Sometimes the most important changes are happening beneath the surface, preparing you for your own season of bloom.
