As the 2026 Haciendas Parade of Homes celebrates exceptional design and craftsmanship across Santa Fe, we’re taking another look at one of our recently completed homes — Vantage.

Set within the high-desert landscape of Las Campanas, Vantage is a transitional residence shaped by the relationship between architecture, craftsmanship and place.

A low horizontal profile settles naturally into its golf course setting, while deep roof planes, expansive walls of glass and carefully framed openings capture the surrounding landscape and Santa Fe sky.

From its custom steel entry and expansive roof planes to outdoor living spaces oriented toward the surrounding landscape, Vantage reveals its character through a careful balance of strength, precision and restraint.

At Resplendence, the pool is more than an amenity. It is part of the architecture a reflective plane that extends the experience of the home outward, toward the land, the mountains, and the vast New Mexico sky.
From within the home, water becomes part of the view. From the terrace, it creates a sense of openness and connection. As daylight shifts, the surface changes with it—mirroring clouds, holding color, and transforming again as evening settles across the landscape.

The primary suite unfolds as a personal sanctuary where expansive views, natural light, warm wood ceilings, sculptural stone, and a double-sided fireplace create an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The spa-inspired bath and custom dressing room continue the experience, transforming everyday routines into moments of quiet restoration.

That same philosophy extends beyond the owner's suite.
