Bobcat Inn
An 8 room licensed B&B in Santa Fe, NM situated on 10 picturesque acres, only 8 miles from the historic downtown plaza.
Stroll around the grounds, take a walk on the trails or rest in the courtyard next to the waterfall and koi pond or 2 firepits. The Bobcat Inn celebrates the rich history of Santa Fe. Paired with a 10-acre estate, our guest rooms combine true comfort with immersion in the Southwest. Before you head out into the Land of Enchantment, we start your day with a delicious breakfast with New Mexican flair.
POV: you wake up with no alarm, and someone's already made breakfast - homemade, still warm, waiting on the patio while the mountains finish waking up. No buffet. No sad muffin under a heat lamp. Just this.
The rest of the day can wait ten more minutes.

POV: you almost skipped the room with the fireplace because, hello, August. Then a monsoon rolls in at golden hour, the temperature drops, and suddenly you're the smartest person alive - fire lit, rain on the window, zero plans.
High-desert nights cool off even in summer. This is us telling you to book the fireplace.
Save this for your fall-in-summer someday list.
The Perseids peak this week, and here's what city people forget: you need real dark to see it. Fifteen minutes past our acres, the sky stops being navy and starts being full - meteors, the actual Milky Way, the kind of dark that makes you go quiet.
Bring a blanket. Look up. Don't check your phone.
Save this for peak meteor night.

POV: you packed for "desert summer" — tank tops, sunscreen, main-character confidence — and then a 4pm monsoon rolls through, the temperature drops fifteen degrees, and you're the coldest you've been since February. / Here's the Santa Fe plot twist nobody warns you about: we're 7,000 feet up. Hot days, genuinely cool nights, rain right on schedule. Pack the layer. Thank us later.
Save this so you actually bring a jacket.
Come to the Santa Fe Farmers Market with us: Saturday morning at the Railyard, tables loaded with green chile, ridiculous peaches, lavender, and flowers that don't survive the drive home because you can't stop smelling them.
We go early, we overbuy, we regret nothing.
Save this for your Saturday in Santa Fe.
POV: your dog arrives, clips into the leash, and immediately begins the Official Inspection — every piñon, every fence post, every suspicious rock gets a full forensic sniff. No rush. No agenda. Just a very serious dog and acres of new information. Leashed strolls, shady patios, and a spot at the table for the whole family — the good kind of slow.
Drop a 🐾 if your dog would take this job seriously.

Consider this your sign to disappear somewhere gently off the grid.
Tag the friend who needs to vanish for a weekend.
POV: it's 4 o'clock in a Santa Fe August. The morning was blue and innocent. Then the clouds stack up over the mountains like they've got something to prove, the first fat drops hit the patio, and the whole mesa smells like rain and pinon.
Monsoon season is the most dramatic thing we own - and we didn't even pay extra for it.
Save this for the next time you need weather with a personality.

Four corners of the inn, four ways to do nothing well: the chair by the fire, the shaded patio when the rain comes, the trail bench with the long mountain view, the breakfast table before anyone's in a hurry.
Pick your spot. We'll keep it ready.
