When a client asked Chef Dhiru to meld mole and South Indian flavors, he discovered something unexpected, they were already beautifully connected.
Chiles, warm spices, depth, and slow-built flavor… the foundations of both cuisines overlap in the most natural way.
That inspiration led to a Marigold favorite: ribeye steak with mole, Marigold-style.
