š Moving when I wanted to and resting when I need it
š 80/20 nutritionā¦primarily focused on home cooked meals and whole foods but a sweet treat doesnāt hurt
šgiving it timeeeeā¦.it took time to build the best baby so it inevitably takes time for your body to heal

Turned 30 yesterday and celebrated exactly how I wantedā¦with my family in the housešš©· Iāll never get over how God has blessed me
Also down 50lbs since pregnancy
Hereās our 6 month review of the Cradlewise - Convertible Smart Crib
Converting it from bassinet to crib mode was much more emotional [for me] than I was expectingš
First flight with the baby and it honestly wasnāt bad! One layover and she slept during most of the trip

A year and a half laterā¦I could literally cryš (I did). We got our missing wedding photosš¤ they arenāt edited, just the raw flick but I donāt even care. Iām just so happy to finally see them and relive the memory
