A little Before and After fun!

This old dining room went through quite the transformation to become a sophisticated adult lounge that flanks the kitchen, where our clients gather around, play cards, grab a wineglass from their double-sided polished nickel glass cabinets and a bottle of wine from the wine fridge hidden below and just let loose.

To let natural light flow throughout the main living areas our design plans included knocking down the old wall separating the dining room from the kitchen and incorporating cabinetry to add storage and cladding the engineered support columns in lovely millwork. Then the bespoke furniture and drapes finish off the lux open plan concept.

Designing this kids lounge for our clients was quite a hoot! Located just off the main family room it’s also become the family lounge so everyone can come, kick their feet up, play, and bask in some color while they let loose! ✨

He created some pretty sweet homes back in the day and updating the interior while letting his architecture sing and hopefully restoring some of those original elements is going to be pretty amazing!! Hope your day is off to a great start! Mine was with this relaxing view in my living room. Now we’re skipping across the desert to Palm Springs this weekend to attend and get our fill of amazing modern design and everything else PS has to offer! Modern Phoenix Week 2018 | Modern Phoenix Home Tour of Marion Estates Modern Phoenix Week 2018 is March 16 - March 25 in Phoenix Arizona. The 2018 Home Tour is on March 25 and features the homes of Marion Estates and the surrounding foothills.

Sourcing amazing wood floors for our clients from is always a pleasure especially when I get to look at all of the antique architectural finds they have AND ride my bike in the gorgeous Scottsdale weather! ☀️ Glad to report all the wood samples made it safely back to the studio! Thanks Amy!
